Last year, I wrote an entire, and very long blog (or it took me a very long time to write) about the Top 20 Moments of 2012, and I had planned on writing the same for 2013.  Well, as we all know, my plans don’t always pan out.  So, it’s a video reel instead (which I find more interesting and fun anyway).

2013 was filled with flux, constant movement, and the only way that the chaos was balanced was through the presence and support of my best friends.  They were my anchors, my hugs, my floor to sleep on when I had no place to sleep.  Encouraging me to play in ridiculousness, and loving me no matter what.  This past year also brought with it heartbreak, and some very hard goodbyes, and then some goodbyes that were definitely overdue.  I was blessed with many new friends, and serendipitous introductions.  I did things that I had said that I wanted and would do, and traveled to places that I had been dreaming of visiting.  I drove on the opposite side of a car, on the opposite side of a road in a foreign country.

When I watch the video that I created to share what this year meant for me, I am overwhelmed at how much was packed into twelve months.  I am awed with gratitude that I got to live this life, that I was the fortunate one to live it, and even more fortunate to share it with you (and that you are actually interested!).

Thank you all so much for your support, encouragement, and interest in The Flight Attendant Life!  It means the world to me:)

Love Love Love,

Kara
